Huawei Mate 50 pro available globally, famous and price

The Huawei Mate 50 Pro was launched earlier this month in China and is now officially released for the global market.

The phone features a large display with a selfie camera cutout, a 50MP main camera on the back with XMAGE technology and a variable aperture.

Huawei Mate 50 pro launches Snapdragon 8 + Gen 1 chipset, but without support for 5G capabilities (due to U.S. sanctions). For the same reason, there is no Gorilla Glass protection, so Huawei uses Kunlun Glass over a 6.74-inch OLED screen.

The display has a resolution of 2616 x 1212 pixels and supports refresh up to 120Hz. Inside the cut is a facial recognition and device unlock system.

On the back there are three cameras: the main 50MP with optical image stabilization and variable aperture (f/1.4 to f/4.0), 13MP ultra-wide and 64MP telephoto with 200x zoom.

The Mate 50 Pro uses satellite communication in China, but this will not be available on the global model because it uses the Beidou Satellite Message 3 protocol. Another difference between the China model and the global version of the phone is the EMUI 13 user interface instead of Harmony OS 3.0.

The Huawei Mate 50 Pro comes in black and silver. 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage are available at a price of 1299 euros. There is also a Leather Orange option with 8GB of memory and 512GB of data storage, for a price of 1399 euros.

All powered by a battery with a capacity of 4700mAh, with support for fast charging of 66W, 50W wireless charging and 5W reverse wireless charging.

Huawei will soon hold a presentation of the Mate 50 Pro phone for the domestic market, when we will find out its official price for Serbia as well.
